Chick Pea Salad

1 can Garbanzo/chickpeas @goode (rinsed and drained)

1 avocado (diced)

2 Tablespoons onion finely chopped

1/2 jalapeƱo (seeded and diced)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 chopped cucumber Dressing:

1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 lime juice Garnish

1/2 teaspoon ground Black pepper

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds



In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.


Add chickpeas, cucumber, avocado, jalapenos , black pepper and onion to a large bowl. Pour dressing over this mixture and toss gently to combine.


Top with feta cheese , black sesame and cilantro and serve.
